For the 2019/20 BPA Season, we had 34 students sign up. The success of past years has made students excited to participate. I have also seen a lot of growth in the students as they plan their events and teams. This year I heard a lot of intense conversations between students about who would best round out their team. Instead of just teaming up with friends, students have been very strategic about how to fill in their weaknesses with someone else’s strengths. It is exciting to see students learning how to recognize weaknesses, discuss weaknesses, and figure out how to overcome weaknesses. We have a lot of teams this year and students are even competing in new events. It will be fun to watch them learn and grow.
