During AP Biology Test Prep last week students utilized bubbles to model cellular membranes. Topics reinforced included membrane self repair, membrane bound organelles, protein channels, binary fusion and the fluidity of the membrane. Here is a slow motion video of the bubble showing the fluidity and adaptability of the cellular membrane. Students are preparing for the AP Biology Test they will take in May. If students earn a 3 or better on the test, they can receive 4 credits at a Montana state college.
