Sixteen students were provided training through our work study internship program at Red Lodge High School this past year. Internship programs teach valuable work experience that cannot be obtained in a classroom setting. Students are able to explore a career pathway while gaining and refining their skills. They gain confidence and are able to network with professionals in a field that they may like for pursue after high school. None of this would be possible without business partners , who have been willing to open their doors and businesses for students to explore these opportunities.
Red Lodge High School hosted a school-to-work breakfast on May 17th from 7:30 a.m.- 8:15 a.m. in the Prostart Room at Red Lodge High School as a simple way to say thank you to our School Business partners this year. Partners include Baldwins Landscaping, Link Construction, Red Lode Fire-Ems, Hi-Altitude Electric, Beartooth Billings Clinic, Jon Tester, Rock Creek Dental, Eder Towing, Alpine Home Improvements, Keith Lauver, Grizzly Peak Veterinary Clinic, and Covering Broadway.
