Composting, harvesting, winterizing…there is plenty to do at the Regis Cafe’s garden. The garden, that is managed by Cheryl, provides manyof the fruits and vegetables used by the cafe. For the past four years, students in the fall and spring Exploratory Agriculture class have been helping weekly at the garden. This allows students the experience and skills of gardening in Montana. These students are much better prepared to try gardening in their own backyard.
