The 4th annual Farm to Fork Dinner occurred November 20th this year. About 80 guests attended, both members and family of the FFA. The purpose of this dinner is to have an appreciation for the effort that goes into food production and to give thanks for those involved in agriculture. The agriculture classes each contribute to the menu. The broiler chickens were raised, butchered and prepared by the Animal Science class. The centerpieces, which represent Montana agriculture commodities, were grown by the Intro to Ag class. The Equine Science harvested local apples and made applesauce. The remainder of the dinner is a potluck which allows each family present to bring a favorite dish. As always there was great food and friends present.
